PayBox Adds Kamino, Bringing Onchain Lending to Claude and ChatGPT
The integration lets users borrow, lend, and earn yield in crypto without ever leaving their AI conversation, a new frontier for agentic finance.

We're excited to announce that PayBox has added Kamino as its first crypto lending and yield plugin.
PayBox is MoonPay's payment vault built for AI. It connects to Claude and ChatGPT through a custom connector, letting an AI prepare transactions that a user approves with a passkey before any money moves. Wallet keys stay protected by threshold cryptography and secure enclaves, so no single party, including MoonPay or the AI itself, can access a full key or sign alone.
Kamino is the leading credit and liquidity protocol on Solana. It powers a large share of the crypto lending and earning products across the ecosystem.
With Kamino live inside PayBox, users can easily earn yield on crypto directly from a conversation with Claude or ChatGPT. A user can simply say "lend $500 USDC on Kamino" or "borrow against my SOL." The AI prepares the transaction, the user approves it with a passkey, and the position opens. No protocol website, no separate wallet interface, no copying addresses between tabs.
The same permission rules that govern every PayBox transaction apply here. Users choose Always Ask, where each transaction needs passkey approval, or Autonomous, where the AI can act within limits the user sets. Funds and keys do not move outside the user's control, and access can be revoked at any time.

The Kamino plugin is live today inside PayBox at paybox.sh. Users outside the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia can connect to Kamino's earn product through Claude or ChatGPT in minutes. This feature is not yet available to users in the United States, the United Kingdom, the EU, and Australia.
