PayBox Adds Collector Crypt as Its First Collectibles Plugin

We’re excited to announce that PayBox has added Collector Crypt as its first collectibles plugin, bringing automated pack purchases directly to Solana-native trading card collectors.

PayBox* is MoonPay’s payment vault built for AI. It connects to Claude, ChatGPT and Grok through a custom connector, letting an AI prepare transactions that a user approves with a passkey before any money moves. Wallet keys stay protected by threshold cryptography and secure enclaves, so no single party, including MoonPay or the AI itself, can access a full key or sign alone.

Collector Crypt vaults more than 130,000 professionally graded physical trading cards, mostly Pokémon, and mints a matching NFT on Solana for each one. Collectors can trade the NFT onchain or redeem it for the physical card. Its core product is gacha, where a collector buys a pack, reveals a collectible, and can use buyback on eligible items after the reveal.

Opening pack is a full experience for users, and therefore a session often becomes a run of small purchases, one after another, and each pull needs an approval that doesn’t break the moment.

PayBox lets collectors choose how that works. In Always Ask mode, every pack gets a passkey approval. In Autonomous mode, the collector sets a spending limit and the AI opens packs within it. Collector Crypt’s audience already buys often, which makes it a natural place to see both modes in use, and is a template for any partner whose users buy often rather than once.

Inside their chosen LLM, a collector can ask the AI to “open three packs on Collector Crypt,” and the AI prepares the purchases under the wallet’s approval mode. No separate wallet or app opens during the flow, and access can be revoked at any time.

For collectors, this means buying packs without leaving a chat window. For MoonPay, it’s a live example of how AI-directed purchases hold up across many small transactions in a row.
