As outlined in the MoonPay Terms, certain components of the Services are supported or executed by regulated third-party providers (“Third Party Providers”).
By using the MoonPay Enterprise Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You may be subject to the terms and conditions of one or more Third Party Providers (“Third Party Terms”), depending on the nature of the services accessed and your role (as a business or an individual).
- Monerium ehf. and AVENIA SOCIEDADE PRESTADORA DE SERVIÇOS DE ATIVOS VIRTUAIS LTDA require your explicit acknowledgement and acceptance of their terms. By using the applicable services, you agree to be bound by those Third Party Terms.
- Fiat Republic B.V. requires your knowledge and awareness of its Acceptable Use Policy. When accessing services facilitated by Fiat Republic, you agree to act in good faith and in accordance with their requirements.
