Keeping track of how your crypto is performing shouldn’t feel like a math exercise. Until now, understanding whether your crypto wallet was up or down often meant manual tracking and switching between apps, or just relying on memory.

That’s why we’re adding Profit & Loss tracking to the MoonPay app. It shows how your open positions are performing and how much you’ve made overall. Now you can see your profits at a glance, without any spreadsheets or extra tools involved.

The new Profit & Loss is available on multiple networks including Bitcoin, Solana, Ethereum (across Mainnet, Polygon, Optimism, Arbitrum) and EVM networks like BNB Chain and Base.

• 💳 Smoother card payments: We upgraded our payments infrastructure and paying with your card on MoonPay is now more reliable, with higher approval rates and fewer declines.
• 🏎️ Faster app: The app is now noticeably faster. Your Swap screen loads almost instantly and other list-heavy screens feel smoother too.
• 🏁 Speedier sign up: New users can now get started with the app much faster, with wallet setup and first login times cut in half.
• 🔑 Easier login: Signing in to MoonPay is now faster and smoother, as we removed the annoying captcha tickbox. If you are a human (are you?) you get to enjoy a lower friction experience.

We're thrilled to introduce MoonTags, which will vastly improve how you send and receive crypto. Gone are the days of complex wallet addresses and confusing networks. Now you can use a simple and unique username — your MoonTag — for all your transfers.

You’ll start with a default MoonTag from MoonPay, then personalize it with your own name and profile picture. You have the option to let other users find you via your MoonTag or phone number, giving you full control over your privacy settings.

Our goal is to make moving crypto as intuitive as sending a text message to a friend, unifying all your transactions under one easy-to-remember tag and hiding the technical details.

• 🔒 Smoother authentication: We know captchas can be frustrating, so we're optimizing them for key processes to speed up your login while still preventing malicious activity.
• 🇩🇪 MoonPay Balance in Germany: Hallo! If you’re in Germany, you can now hold Euros in your MoonPay Balance and enjoy fast, low-cost, and secure access to 60+ cryptos with zero MoonPay fees. Top up with your favorite method (bank transfer, PayPal, Apple Pay or Open Banking), trade tokens instantly, and withdraw to your bank anytime with near-perfect acceptance rates.
• 💌 Exchange assets with friends: There’s a new screen to quickly send or request assets. When sending, simply search your friend’s MoonTag, add a short note, and hit send. You can also receive payments (like that dinner with friends) in your favorite token.

MoonPay is built with multiple layers of protection. And now, it includes biometric authentication. Your assets are always yours, and with Face ID, Touch ID or your device’s PIN, they are even more secure.

The app will lock automatically after inactivity or closure, and you can adjust lock settings anytime in the app. If you are a new user you will see a quick walkthrough to get started right away.

This update reduces fraud risks, protects against account takeovers, and delivers the same smooth experience you already expect from top FinTech and Web3 apps.

• 📥 Easier deposits: We completely redesigned the deposit screen to make it simple and easy to add funds to your MoonPay account, whether you're topping up your balance or depositing assets like BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP or TRX.
• 🪙 Transfer from Coinbase: We integrated with Coinbase and now you can seamlessly move assets directly from Coinbase to your MoonPay account using the revamped deposit screen.
• 🇨🇦 Support for Interac e-Transfer® (Canada): You can now buy crypto using Interac e-Transfer®, the same trusted payment method you use for everything from coffee to rent. It’s fast, familiar, and offers better success rates for our Canadian users.
• ⏳ Custom loading screen: If you have an integration with MoonPay, you can now customize the loading screen to better match your brand. Choose between building your own loader or using our built-in theme customizer from the Partner dashboard.

Today, we have a new addition to the MoonPay constellation of products. Introducing MoonPay Convert, a simple and secure way to convert your crypto assets through our DeFi integrations directly within your MoonPay account. The crypto market is constantly in motion and now you can be too. Whether you're looking to hedge against volatility or capitalize on a new trend, MoonPay Convert gives you the flexibility to act instantly.

You’re able to convert any token you own into another through our DeFi integrations with just a few simple clicks – no bridges, no waiting and no guesswork. Improvements

• Faster crypto transactions: Do you like speed? Then you'll be glad to hear we've significantly improved transaction times for our most popular assets: LTC, DOGE, ETH, BCH, and ADA are now 2-6 times faster.
• Show off your crypto gains: Easily share your Solana token gains (and losses) directly from the app. It generates a fancy card that you can share with friends on social media or in DMs. It also includes a referral link, making it simple for others to get started and join you.

We're excited to unveil MoonPay Pots, making crypto work for you just like a savings account.

With Pots, we're making it easy to grow rewards on your crypto. Staking allows your crypto to earn passive rewards, but it's often too complicated. Our new feature wraps the power of crypto staking in a clean, intuitive experience, designed to feel simple and familiar.

• Buy memecoins with SOL: Besides USDC, you can now purchase Solana memecoins with SOL.
• Cash out USDC without SOL: Ever found yourself unable to move your USDC profits because you didn’t own enough SOL to cover fees? Starting now, you can sell your USDC even without SOL. We'll simply use a portion of your USDC to cover the necessary transaction fees.
• Track your Solana profits: You can now easily track the real-time profit and loss for each of your Solana tokens directly within the MoonPay app. This takes into account all on-chain transactions, even if they happened outside of the MoonPay app.
• Scam alerts for DeFi: We introduced "Scam banners" for DeFi tokens. If a token has suspicious properties like low liquidity or concentrated ownership, we’ll warn you and explain the risks.
• Faster transactions: Solana completion times have been drastically reduced from an average of 80 seconds to under 5 seconds, a 16x improvement. We've also sped up processing for other tokens by 15 seconds.
• Enhanced login security: MoonPay has enhanced the account security with proactive login notifications for new devices, plus a session management screen where users can see and manage all their active sessions.
• Simplified balance management: The home screen was redesigned to clearly display how much balance is available to trade. It is now easier to top up funds with a new deposit button, and you can see your funds across various networks (with more to come).

• Expanded support for Apple Pay: Now available on desktop! Users can use Apple Pay with any major browser by simply scanning a QR code with their iPhone, making payments quick and easy.
• Recurring buys in the USA: US users can now top up their MoonPay Balance and set up automatic crypto purchases, making it effortless to grow their portfolios. Simply choose your favorite tokens, set an amount, and select a frequency.
• Better card management: Cards now have a dedicated section under payment methods for easier management. We've also made UI improvements, including highlighting that paying with your Balance means zero MoonPay fees.
• Revamped manual bank transfers: We started rolling out the new manual bank transfers for users buying in the UK and Europe. We streamlined the experience by cutting unnecessary steps, refining the interface, and making the process nearly twice as fast and smooth as before.
• Redesigned settings:  We updated Settings with our new Orion design system, making it easier and more efficient to manage preferences. This update consolidates settings, allowing users to update account details, manage recurring buys and payment methods (including PayPal and Venmo), and customize preferences like currency and language—all in one place, across web and mobile.
• Streamlined webhook testing: Partners can now test webhooks directly from the Partner Dashboard. Based on feedback, we've updated the configuration to allow partners to set test and live endpoints and see their responses directly in the UI.
• “Pay with crypto” integration: Most developers who integrate MoonPay seek “Pay with Crypto”, and thanks to our Helio acquisition it's now available in the Partner Dashboard. We're currently working to bring the Helio account setup directly into the Dashboard.

Exciting news — topping up your MoonPay Balance just got faster and easier! Users in the EU 🇪🇺 and UK 🇬🇧can now fund their MoonPay balance with EUR or GBP using two new, trusted methods:

• Easy Bank Transfer (Open Banking via Tink)

These methods offer near-instant funding, giving you faster access to crypto without the delays of traditional bank transfers. Choose the option that fits your needs for speed, cost, and convenience.

As always, crypto buys and sells with MoonPay Balance remain free of MoonPay fees. Top up and withdrawal fees may apply.

• Easier token discovery: The Discovery screen now features a carousel of tokens organized into categories like "Big Movers" and "New & Notable," each with a top 3 of tokens. This will make discovering popular and trending memecoins incredibly easy. 
• More countries with MoonPay Balance: We expanded our feature to the Netherlands, Malta, Iceland, and Liechtenstein. Users in these countries can now top up their balance via various methods and trade over 60 cryptocurrencies with zero MoonPay fees. 
• Completed MiCA rollout: All customers in the EEA are now served by the MoonPay Europe entity using our MiCA license. Additionally, Iceland and Malta are now supported countries and Swaps is back for customers in Ireland and Belgium.
• Faster transactions in Australia: Australian users will have faster and more reliable card payments with higher success rates, thanks to MoonPay's new Australian entity which processes transactions locally 🦘 
• Ramps for TON & USDT (TON): Users in Canada and the US (excluding NY) can now buy and sell TON and USDT (TON).
