Any AI agents, LLMs, or automated tools users connect are entirely third-party software — not built, operated, monitored, or reviewed by MoonPay. MoonPay takes no responsibility for instructions they generate and exercises no judgement or discretion over them. All instructions submitted through any agent, LLM, or automated tool are legally treated as the user's own, including those that are incorrect, incomplete, or the result of model error or hallucination.

MoonPay is not responsible for data loss, unintended commands, or exposure of sensitive information arising from my local environment. Crypto values are volatile and may fall to zero; the MoonAgents App does not provide financial advice.

The MoonAgents App is provided by Launchpad Limited, an unregulated entity, and it does not carry the same protections as the regulated services of other entities in the MoonPay ecosystem. The MoonAgents App may redirect users to regulated services within the MoonPay ecosystem, which will require signing up to separate terms with the relevant regulated entity. Not available in the UK.
