Here's how to trade cryptocurrency cross-chain with low fees.
Before you trade crypto, connect your wallet. MoonPay is compatible with WalletConnect and popular crypto wallets including Ledger, Trust Wallet, MetaMask, Rainbow, Unitrade, and Exodus.
Choose the cryptocurrency you’d like to trade, from a wide variety of combinations. Then, enter the destination wallet address.
Review the amount, destination, exchange rate, and any fees. Then go ahead and press trade.
In your wallet app, sign the transaction to send crypto to the MoonPay wallet address.
Crypto exchanges usually take between a few minutes and a few hours. We’ll email you as soon as it’s done and the coins are in your wallet.

You can trade Bitcoin for other cryptocurrencies on the MoonPay app, as long as you have BTC stored in your MoonPay Bitcoin wallet to exchange BTC for new tokens. We’re working actively to make Bitcoin trades available within the MoonPay widget for mobile and desktop users as well.
To see all available crypto trading pairs, you’ll need to connect your cryptocurrency wallet first. It’s best to use a MoonPay wallet inside the MoonPay app to unlock all crypto token options, as well as for a smoother trading experience.
MoonPay handles the entire crypto conversion process for you. With non-custodial trades, users must first send cryptocurrency before receiving the new token. For safety reasons, MoonPay generates a new crypto address for each transaction. You can track the status of your trade order at any time in the MoonPay widget.
Crypto exchanges usually take between a few minutes and a few hours, depending on factors including network congestion and token liquidity. If it is your first time using MoonPay, then verification will take additional time to complete.

The minimum amount of crypto to trade is $65 USD. The maximum amount allowed for a single crypto exchange transaction is $100,000 USD.
MoonPay does not charge a processing fee to convert crypto. Users are only responsible for paying network fees.
