We’re thrilled to announce that MoonPay’s Chief Legal Officer and Chief Administrative Officer, Caroline D. Pham, has been selected for the Women in FinTech Powerlist 2025! 

An internationally recognized authority on financial markets and emerging technology, Caroline joined MoonPay after a distinguished tenure at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), where she served as Acting Chairman and oversaw a pivotal year of market modernization, regulatory innovation, and groundbreaking digital asset policy.

In her role at MoonPay, Caroline oversees all global legal and administrative functions while leading our policy and regulatory strategy. Her leadership is pivotal as we continue to set the standard for compliance, regulation, and governance in the digital asset ecosystem.

The Women in FinTech Powerlist celebrates the exceptional talents of women driving the industry forward. For the past decade, the list has honored female leaders who champion positive change, foster innovation, and advance financial inclusion.
