The MoonAgents App merely provides a technical interface through which users can connect their own LLM or AI agent to interact with the MoonPay ecosystem.
Any AI agents, LLMs, or automated tools users connect are entirely third-party software — not built, operated, monitored, or reviewed by MoonPay. MoonPay takes no responsibility for instructions they generate and exercises no judgement or discretion over them. All instructions submitted through any agent, LLM, or automated tool are legally treated as the user's own, including those that are incorrect, incomplete, or the result of model error or hallucination.
