    MoonPay is live on Slingshot

    The wallet’s users can now buy crypto through MoonPay.

    MoonPay is excited to announce our exclusive partnership with Slingshot, a non-custodial wallet offering multichain support for 250K+ cryptocurrencies. 

    Now Slingshot users can buy crypto using most major payment methods, including debit and credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and bank transfer.

    Founded in 2020 with the mission to take crypto trading mainstream, Slingshot released its latest app this autumn. With a new user-interface providing a “truly Web2 experience”, the app allows users to buy and sell 250K+ tokens across seven blockchains using a consolidated USDC balance.

    “We’re thrilled to collaborate with Slingshot to give users a frictionless experience that doesn’t compromise privacy and self-custody,” said MoonPay co-founder and CEO, Ivan Soto-Wright. “This integration is an important part of our broader aim to empower users with the freedom and control Web3 promises all while providing the Web2 experience they’ve come to expect.” 

    Clinton Bembry, Slingshot’s co-founder, also weighed in on the partnership: 

    “Our integration with MoonPay was the missing piece that enables Slingshot to offer crypto investors and traders a superior alternative to centralized exchanges,” Bembry said. “Users can deploy fiat currency to fund their non-custodial Slingshot wallet in minutes and jump straight into the action on-chain without even realizing they’re transacting on a blockchain.”
