Kosh has integrated MoonPay Virtual Accounts, powered by Iron, bringing stablecoin infrastructure to its global digital banking platform built for freelancers, creators, and businesses operating across borders.

Getting paid as a freelancer or independent professional should not require navigating slow bank wires, unfavorable exchange rates, or days of settlement delays. Kosh is built to solve that problem. The platform offers multi-currency virtual accounts, global transfers, invoicing, expense management tools, and virtual cards, giving freelancers and businesses the financial tools they need in a single interface. Users can send and receive both fiat and stablecoins, including the ability to withdraw USDC directly to traditional bank accounts.

With MoonPay Virtual Accounts now live, freelancers on Kosh gain a dedicated fiat-to-stablecoin layer that makes getting paid and managing funds faster and more flexible. Deposits, withdrawals, and currency conversions between fiat and stablecoins are handled seamlessly, with settlement managed behind the scenes. Whether a freelancer is invoicing a client in euros, receiving payment in USDC, or withdrawing to a local bank account, the flow is streamlined from end to end.

For independent professionals working across time zones and currencies, this removes one of the biggest friction points in the freelance economy: moving money efficiently across borders without losing value to intermediaries or waiting days for funds to clear.  In Asia alone, the cross-border payments market reached $172 billion last year, while 87% of creators reported being paid late — highlighting the scale of the problem Kosh and MoonPay Virtual Accounts aim to solve.

"Freelancers and independent professionals are among the most underserved users in global payments," said Max von Wallenberg Pachaly, CEO of Iron. "By integrating Virtual Accounts, Kosh gives them direct access to stablecoin-powered banking rails that are faster, cheaper, and built for how they actually work."

“Freelancers and creators in Asia deliver world-class work for clients around the globe, yet getting paid has remained unnecessarily difficult. By integrating MoonPay Virtual Accounts, we’re removing one of the biggest friction points — giving users the ability to receive and move dollars seamlessly, without the delays and high costs they’ve had to accept for years,” said Tarun Mangukiya, CEO of KOSH.

As the freelance and creator economy continues to grow globally, access to efficient, borderless financial infrastructure becomes essential. MoonPay Virtual Accounts provide that layer, enabling platforms like Kosh to offer their users institutional-grade payment rails without the complexity.
