We’ve completely revamped the Send feature, offering a native and seamless experience, directly within the MoonPay app — no more switching between the app and your browser.

We took this opportunity to also introduce a new design system, which you'll start seeing more throughout the app. You'll notice that the Send feature is now faster, more modern, and more intuitive.

Right now, you can use the new Send for:

• BTC
• SOL (Native)
• ETH (Mainnet) and other ERC-20 tokens
• XRP and RLUSD

And this is just the beginning. In the near future, we’ll be expanding support to include more EVM chains, aligning with those already available in the Buy flow.

• Your MoonPay account just got more secure: We've enhanced security with password protection and phone verification on your next login. This will replace the old email OTP code and is part of our ongoing effort to build trust and ensure greater protection for MoonPay users, with more updates to come.
• Better FAQ about fees and payment methods: We’ve added a FAQ link to the MoonPay Dashboard to address common questions such as “What fees does MoonPay charge?” and “What payment methods do you support?”
• Simplified onboarding for partners: Also on our MoonPay Dashboard, we’ve collapsed the account activation accordion, added numbered steps as a checklist, and placed it front and center to help our Partners easily see the next step.
• Migrated MATIC to POL: With Polygon's transition from MATIC to POL, we've updated our support to include POL (ERC-20) and POL (Polygon) assets for both U.S. and global regions.
